We ship worldwide, except for Russia, Ukraine and Belarus. If you can't find your country in the checkout, please get in touch with our Customer Service at: support@solitudemtg.com
As soon as the package has left the warehouse, you'll get an email with the tracking information so that you can follow your order more accurately. Please note that the delivery time may differ due to customs.
Countries not displayed on this site will get a calculated shipping cost in the checkout.
We don't stand for any custom, taxes, duties and collection fees and are not responsible for any additional charges that might be associated with importation.
For more information about potential fees, we kindly refer you to the transportation company or the customs in your country.
Please note that if your order is not picked up and sent back to us, you will get charged for any additional costs.

You must pay VAT and any other taxes on goods you buy from abroad.
On 1 April 2020, the VOEC scheme (VAT On E-Commerce) took effect for foreign online shops and online marketplaces. As of this date, such businesses will collect Norwegian value-added tax (VAT) when you pay for goods that you have purchased online. Read more here.
In 2020, the NOK 3500 limit was removed for all goods. A transitional arrangement has been established which means that goods under NOK 3500 are exempt from the declaration obligation during the transitional period. There is still VAT on all goods from the first NOK after 1.4.2020. Read more here.
In practice, this means that the NOK 3500 limit remains in effect, and you do not have to pay import duty on such shipments.
If you are going to shop online from abroad for more than NOK 350 you can calculate how much you have to pay in customs duty and fees with the import calculator here.
Returned items should be in the same condition as when you received them, unworn with original packaging and tags attached. Items that are used, damaged, soiled or in any way altered, may be rejected and returned back to the customer.

USA: 15 USD
Australia: 30 AUD
United Kingdom: 15 GBP
Rest of the world: 18 EUR

We do not offer free returns, but if you wish to exchange a product, we will give you a free shipping code for your new order. Please email us at support@solitudemtg.com and we will send you an email with your code.

How to make a claim
If you have received an item with defects or if you have received the wrong item entirely (wrong size, color or product) from what you have ordered, please click here and follow the steps on our service to make a claim. Don't forget to attach a photo of the defect and choose the claim tab at the top.
When your complaint has been submitted, we will come back to you in a seperate email with further shipping instructions.

How long does it take to get a refund
We will issue a refund as soon as we have received and processed your return. The refund will be processed back to the original payment method.
